About

One structure. Infinite leverage.

Monolith is an AI agency in Spokane, WA: an AI-native creative and marketing studio founded in 2026 on 20+ years across agency marketing, business development, and Web3 growth. Most businesses assemble their marketing from parts: a freelancer here, an ad shop there, a pile of AI subscriptions nobody quite uses. Monolith replaces the stack with one structure. Senior-led, agency-grade systems, one team accountable for the result.

How Monolith started

Monolith is built on 20+ years across agency marketing, business development, and Web3 growth: a Director of Digital Marketing managing 26+ client accounts, then an AI creative lead at Lunar Digital Assets for Web3 clients including LitVM, KalqiX, QuickSwap, SquidGrow, AmericanFortress, and Polygon ecosystem brands.

The AI character content built for the LitVM brand channel has earned 70M+ views, with individual videos landing between 10K and 240K, week after week for months. That pace came from a pipeline, not a burst of effort. It is the same approach Monolith runs on now: models handle the volume, twenty years of judgment decides what ships.

Founded by Justin Pinter, Monolith is based in Spokane, working with Pacific Northwest businesses in person and clients nationwide remote. Full career history lives at pintercreative.app.

How the work gets done

AI-native, senior-led

Latest models, always

Language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Kimi, and GLM. Video with Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, and Seedance. Image with Midjourney, Flux, and Firefly. Audio with Suno and ElevenLabs. SEO through Semrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Evaluated as they ship, so client work runs on whatever is currently best.

Systems, not one-offs

Every deliverable ships with the workflow behind it: prompts, templates, and process notes your team keeps. The asset is nice. The system is the edge.

Web3-tested speed

Years shipping for blockchain and Web3 brands, where a campaign window is measured in days. That pace is the house standard, applied to your market.

The promise

Clear scope, fast feedback loops, practical output, and work packaged so your team can actually use it. Senior, premium, practical: real scope, real accountability, no bloat.
