Terms of service

Effective July 2026.

Scope and quotes

Published prices are starting ranges. Final quotes depend on scope, timeline, ad spend, and deliverables, and are confirmed in writing before work starts. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payment

Fixed-scope projects invoice a deposit before kickoff and the balance at defined milestones. Hourly consulting and workshops invoice as delivered. Retainers invoice monthly in advance.

Workshops

Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before a session at no charge. Inside 24 hours, the session bills at half rate.

Ownership

On final payment, deliverables and the documented workflows behind them belong to you. Monolith retains the right to reference non-confidential work as portfolio proof unless an NDA says otherwise.
