What this policy covers

This policy covers the Monolith website, contact messages, scheduling, free Agent System downloads, and information supplied for Monolith projects. Third-party platforms have their own policies.

Website and analytics data

The site may collect standard request and analytics information such as page visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, referrer, browser, device type, performance timing, and an analytics identifier. The current site uses hosting and performance services from Vercel and Google Analytics. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Messages and scheduling

Information you submit by email or a site contact form is used to answer the request, prepare a proposal, provide support, or manage a project. Scheduling links use Calendly, which processes the information entered on its service under its own privacy policy.

Free downloads

The Agent Ready beta is currently available without an account or payment. The hosting provider may log the download request as part of ordinary site security and delivery. The ZIP contains no tracking script and does not send information back to Monolith by itself.

Paid checkout

When a paid Agent System is marked Available, its checkout, tax calculation, payment, receipt, and secure file delivery are hosted by Creem as merchant of record. Creem receives the buyer and billing information needed to process the order under its own privacy policy. Monolith may receive the buyer name and email, product, order number, amount, tax and transaction metadata, dispute or order-adjustment status, and support correspondence needed to fulfill and support the purchase. Monolith does not receive or store full payment-card details on this website.

Project and support information

Project files, examples, account details, and support messages are used to deliver the agreed work. Monolith asks clients not to send passwords or API keys through chat, email, forms, or ordinary project documents. Credentials should use an approved credential or environment system and should be limited to the required scope.

If a project uses an AI or automation provider, the project agreement should identify the approved tools and data boundaries. Information is not intentionally submitted to a new provider outside the agreed workflow without approval.

Sharing and sale of data

Monolith does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the site, communications, scheduling, checkout, fulfillment, or an approved project workflow; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, systems, and rights.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, project, support, accounting, dispute, security, or legal obligation. No internet service is risk-free. Monolith uses practical access controls and minimizes the credentials and sensitive information placed in ordinary files.

Your choices

You may ask what information Monolith holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. A request may require identity verification, and some records may be retained for accounting, security, contract, or legal reasons.
