Websites and local search for Deer Park businesses
Monolith works with Deer Park businesses on websites, Google listings and marketing, half an hour north of Spokane on US 395. Deer Park is the fastest-growing city we serve, so many customers are new to town, and a clear website with accurate listings is the first thing to get right.
Explain where you work
If you serve customers beyond Deer Park, make your actual service area clear. Include useful details for customers in nearby communities such as Chattaroy.
Build on word of mouth
Give referred customers a place to check your services, see examples and get in touch. We can plan a first website or improve the one you already use.
From sawmill siding to a growing hometown
Deer Park began in 1889 as a railroad siding with a sawmill, named for the deer in the area, and incorporated in 1908. The last sawmill closed in 1972. Today US 395 makes Spokane a 35-minute commute, and the town has grown about 22 percent since 2020, to roughly 5,400 residents.
The growth shows: five subdivisions with more than 500 homes, about 300 acres of industrial land beside the city-owned airport, and a restored historic hotel downtown with a bakery, a Thai restaurant and a boutique. US 395 also makes Deer Park the gateway north toward Chewelah, Colville and the Canadian border, so local businesses serve travelers as well as residents.
